Excellent customer service made our stay more enjoyable.
Upon arrival, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, with dead bugs in the bathroom and trash left behind. Additionally, the experience was marred by a smoky smell in a non-smoking room, impacting our comfort. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, making our stay quite disappointing.

Family with children Avoid this disaster!
We finally made it to this place after a long drive,, and it was kinda nice that it was right across from the beach. The sheets were clean enough, but we kept hearing noises from the other rooms which woke the kids up,, made for a rough night.

The location was , being near the beach. However, the room was far from satisfactory, with dirty sheets and pillows, stained towels, and hanging wires from the ceiling. Each morning, the cleaning crew disrupted sleep at 8 AM for no apparent reason. After a shower, my feet turned black from the dirty floor, and I even experienced bug bites during my stay.

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom included free toiletries. I liked the key card access and the sofa in the room. The location was great for walking to the beach. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch to relax after the day.
